We wanted to design a different conference experience

A gathering of some of the best independent analytics experts in the world for a weekend of in-depth knowledge sharing.

Intimate: we expect ~50 attendees, so there is time for meaningful interactions. No vendor booths, no crowds, no selling. A focus purely on the content and use cases.

Beautiful and exotic Bali: we chose a location that’s part of the experience. Our venue The W Bali Seminyak is in the heart of chic Bali, with its eclectic style, boutiques and restaurants.

We also hope this conference allows those who wish to, to have their partner and family along for a holiday and make it a Christmas they will all remember.

Getting to the W Bali Seminyak Resort is straight forward. Conveniently located 15km from Denpasar International Airport (DPS) on the South West of the Island of Bali at Seminyak Beach, the drive takes 30 to 45 mins subject to traffic. Taxis are available at the airport or grab The W hotel car pick up from US$29.

The W Bali is located on Seminyak beach in the heart of Bali’s most vibrant dining, shopping and nightlife.



A creative menu with regional flavours. Please inform us about any dietary requirements you may have during the checkout process. We will pass this on to the venue to cater for, respectively.

A range of alternate hotels are available around The W Bali, catering for all budgets and all within a short walk.

Hotel room prices change frequently and were based on published prices on August 20th. The above hotels are just a sample of those within walking distance to The W and just for your budget guide. AlphaZetta has not reviewed them or checked their quality levels, we only recommend The W conference hotel.

AlphaZetta Gloabal Analytics Summit (“AZ Conference”) will take place at The W Bali, Jl. Petitenget, Kerobokan, Seminyak, Bali, 80361, Indonesia (the “Venue”) on December 16 – 17, 2017. This registration agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Alpha Zetta (“AZ Conference Organizer”) and registrant. This Agreement includes and incorporates by reference the Privacy Policy/Terms of Use posted in the footer below. All written notice and requests, including requests for a copy of the posted Registration Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy/Terms of Use, shall be sent to AZ Conference Organizer at info@alphazetta.net or Alpha Zetta Pte Ltd, 100 Pasir Panjang Road, #04-03 SLC House, Singapore, 118519.

Cancellation Policy

If circumstances or policies in your organization change and you can no longer attend AZ Conference, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to AZ Conference Organizer at the contact information stated above. The AZ Conference refund policy is as follows (all amounts are in US Dollars):

  • Cancellation before November 16, 2017: 50% refund of registration fee
  • Cancellation after November 16, 2017: no refunds.
  • Discounted conference tickets are excluded from the refund policy

In the event that you cancel this Agreement, AZ Conference Organizer shall refund to you the remaining fees, if any, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the cancellation notice.

Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.

You can make a substitution at any time. Please see the Substitution Policy below for details. If you do not attend the AZ Conference and did not cancel your registration but have paid your registration fee, you will not be refunded.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions, including those made on-site, are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. You may submit your request via email or mail.

Age Limitation

Attendees must be 18 years of age to attend AZ Conference, and all related events including the Welcome Reception and the Evening events. Requests for any exception to this term must be made in writing to AZ Conference Organizer.


The fee for AZ Conference registration passes will be as advertised:

  • EARLY BIRD (limited availability, until 31 October, while stocks last) – $200
  • STANDARD (until 30 November) – $400


Only ONE (1) discount may be applied to an individual registration. Under no circumstances can any of the discounts be combined. Discount codes need to be applied upon ticket purchase checkout. A limited number of discount coupons will be distributed through selected channels. Group discounts are not offered.

Badge Control

AZ Conference-issued credentials are the sole property of the AZ Conference Organizer and must be surrendered upon demand to AZ Conference and/or AZ Conference Organizer representatives. AZ Conference-issued credentials must be prominently displayed while at the AZ Conference or designated off-site activities. False certification of an individual, misuse of an individual’s badge, or any other method or device used to assist unauthorized personnel to gain admittance to the conference facilities, will be just cause for expelling the individual from the AZ Conference and/or banning them from future access to any AZ Conference without obligation on the part of AZ Conference Organizer for refund of any fees. The individual waives any rights or claims for damages arising out of the enforcement of this rule.

Photography, audio and video recording

AZ Conference is held in a public space, therefore AZ Conference Organizer does not prohibit participants, sponsors or others from photographing, videoing or audio-taping some AZ Conference activities. AZ Conference reserves the right to use images taken at the AZ Conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.

Badge Scanning

You may be asked to scan your badge upon check-in and/or entry to session rooms. Please note scanning of your badge is mandatory to check-in.

Soliciting in the conference

Suitcasing or outboarding is prohibited at AZ Conference. AZ Conference Organizer reserves the right to escort any individual from AZ Conference who is reported to be soliciting during the conference and who is not an AZ Conference sponsor. AZ Conference Organizer encourages attendees to support the sponsors and, in turn, are supporting the industry and freelancer community. AZ Conference Organizer also encourages you not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor.


In its sole discretion and without refund, AZ Conference Organizer reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the AZ Conference anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the AZ Conference or any other attendee.

To request that AZ Conference Organizer remove your name from future print mailings, send a written request, specifying the name, company name and address you are requesting to have removed from the mailing list, to info@alphazetta.net.

The views expressed by any AZ Conference attendee, speaker or sponsor are not necessarily those of AZ Conference or AZ Conference Organizer. All AZ Conference attendees, speakers and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporate presentations, marketing collateral, advertising and online web content.

Force Majeure

AZ Conference Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of AZ Conference Organizer or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, AZ Conference Organizer may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of AZ Conference Organizer. In the event AZ Conference cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, AZ Conference Organizer shall not be liable to attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses. AZ Conference Organizer will review refund and/or fee transfer requests, submitted in writing, for approval on a situational basis.
